HB 123 was introduced to try and protect people. However, it directly harms the people it's meant to protect by not allowing users to utilize any widgets at all. From health information to advocacy petitions, HB 123 will make it harder for everyday citizens to access information critical for their day-to-day lives and beyond.
That's why we're working to stop the bill from passing. Preventing this bill means citizens across the country being able to continue to use widgets for any of their needs and allows businesses to offer consumers an easier, streamlined product that benefits all.
